Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted And Slightly Cooled
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prep a large baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, add rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl, add butter, applesauce, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Whisk to combined and then add to dry ingredients. Stir the mixture until just combined.
- Scoop dough into 12 even balls on to the baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
