Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Method
- Mix margarine, egg and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Drop by walnut size balls on cookie sheet and flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar or flour.
- Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
