Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kraft Light Crunchy or Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 cups bite-size shredded wheat and bran cereal
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, ginger and 2 Tbsp.
- water in large bowl.
- Add cereal; toss to coat.
- Spread into a single layer in greased 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
- Bake 18 min.
- Remove pan from oven.
- Cool completely.
- Add cranberries; toss lightly.
