Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely ground almonds
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Spread over a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer. Roast until granola is toasty, slightly darkened, and beings to smell fragrant, about 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
