Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely ground almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Method

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Spread over a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer. Roast until granola is toasty, slightly darkened, and beings to smell fragrant, about 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
