Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz.) pkg. chocolate or vanilla flavored candy coating
- 2 c. coarsely chopped almonds, walnuts, pecans or cashews
Method
- In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; stir in nuts.
- Spread into thin layer on 2 aluminum foil-lined baking sheets.
- Chill 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break
- into chunks.
- Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
