Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
- 4 c. unsifted flour
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; let set 12 hours before using.
- Keep in refrigerator.
- To use, oil hands, pinch off walnut size balls of dough.
- Place on baking pan; let set 2 hours.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.
