Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. oleo, softened
Method
- Stir together flour, dry milk and salt.
- Combine yeast, sugar, warm water and cereal in large mixing bowl; let stand 2 minutes. Add egg, oleo and 1 cup flour.
- Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add flour to remaining mixture by hand to stiffen sticky dough.
- Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
- Stir down; spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
