Ingredients
- 2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Method
- Mix ingredients and mix until the mixture thickens.
- Stir slowly while cooking.
- Beat in electric mixer until smooth, making a very creamy filling.
- Cool and pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
