Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping; blend well.
- Spoon into crust.
- Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fruit toppings such as canned blueberries, mandarin oranges (drained) or canned cherries.
