Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 medium eggs (room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, cooled
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Mix both cheeses together thoroughly.
- Add sugar gradually. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Add flour and cornstarch; mix well. Add vanilla and melted butter; mix in.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Pour into 10-inch spring-form with graham cracker crust.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Do not open oven during baking.
- Shut off oven and leave in for 2 more hours.
- You can top this with your favorite topping, thickened strawberries, etc.
- It's great plain.
