Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 medium eggs (room temperature)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, cooled
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Method

  • Mix both cheeses together thoroughly.
  • Add sugar gradually. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Add flour and cornstarch; mix well. Add vanilla and melted butter; mix in.
  • Fold in sour cream.
  • Pour into 10-inch spring-form with graham cracker crust.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  • Do not open oven during baking.
  • Shut off oven and leave in for 2 more hours.
  • You can top this with your favorite topping, thickened strawberries, etc.
  • It's great plain.
