Ingredients
- 2 lb. new potatoes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil potatoes until tender; cool. Cut potatoes into quarters and put in a glass casserole dish. Cut Velveeta into cubes and mix with mayonnaise. Spread over potatoes; salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
