Ingredients
- 4 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams with juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium peeled and diced onion
- 2 c. whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cover potatoes and onions with water in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
- Simmer until potatoes are done. Add milk, butter and clams.
- Bring back to slow simmer.
- Let stew until flavor is absorbed into potatoes and until done.
