Ingredients
- 12 thin slices corned beef, cooked
- 6 wedges cabbage
- 6 small white new potatoes, peeled
- 6 small white onions
- 6 carrots
- 2 cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 10 crumbled gingersnaps
Method
- Parboil vegetables until tender and place all in 9 x 13-inch pan, lined with foil and enough extra to fold over top.
