Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time. Add
- vanilla,
- corn
- syrup and cornstarch. Pour into a 9-inch pie
- shell.
- Cover with 1 cup of pecans.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
