- 1 pinch of each Seasoning: Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Delicious teriyaki garlic sauce
- 1 * Sesame seeds
- 1 * Black pepper
- 1 * Salt
Method
- Heat the teriyaki garlic sauce and mix the * ingredients when the sauce cools.
- Put small cuts in the surface of the chicken along the bones.
- Coat the chicken with katakuriko, shake the excess and deep-fry at 180C.
- Put the chicken wings in the sauce and coat with the sauce.
- You may add * at this point.
- Pour the rest of the sauce over shredded cabbage.
- Chicken mid-wings are easier to eat than wing tips.
