Ingredients
- 8 oz. bag tortilla chips
- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 to 2 c. (4 to 8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 to 6 jalapeno peppers, sliced into rings
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Set aside 6 1/2 dozen whole tortilla chips.
- Place chips on cookie sheet and top each with about 1 teaspoon beans, some cheese and a jalapeno pepper ring.
- Bake at 400° for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Serve at once.
