Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grainy dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- In a small bowl, combine oregano, chili powder and garlic powder; add mustard; stir well to mix; add salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Spread or pat onto beef up to 5 hours in advance of cooking.
