- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed with 1/4 c. melted margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except for cornflake mixture. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
