Ingredients

  • 2 T paprika
  • 2 tsp tabasco
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 cup grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp file powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp finely minced onion
  • 1 tsp finely minced scallion
  • 1 tsp finely minced celery
  • 1 cup corn oil

Method

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the oil, and process well. then with the machine running, add oil in a steady stream until thick and emulsified. Transfer to an airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week
