- 2 T paprika
- 2 tsp tabasco
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 cup grain mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp file powder
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp finely minced onion
- 1 tsp finely minced scallion
- 1 tsp finely minced celery
- 1 cup corn oil
Method
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the oil, and process well. then with the machine running, add oil in a steady stream until thick and emulsified. Transfer to an airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week
