Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
- 2 tsp. minced, peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 1/4 lb. flank steak
Method
- Mix mustard, soy sauce, whipping cream, thyme, ginger and black pepper.
- Marinate steaks in the mixture at least 24 hours and then grill.
