Ingredients

  • 2 large red peppers, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 large sweet white onion, skinned and quartered
  • 0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) jar red pepper jelly (i use Braswells)
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro leaf
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • salt
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar of del monte mangoes, drained

Method

  • I put everything into the food processor and pulse until fairly fine.
  • You can pulse it to your preference.
  • If you like it chunky, don't do it for too long.
  • if you like it soupy, go for it.
  • You can also do this manually with a knife and dice everything, but that's too much work.
