- 1 container fresh mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pkg. aged Swiss cheese
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 tsp. Greek Cavender's seasoning
- halved cherry tomatoes (optional)
Method
- Slice mushrooms, pepper and cheese.
- Cut up onions.
- Combine together.
- Mix oil, vinegar and seasoning.
- Pour over mushroom combination; mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
