Ingredients
- 4 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 jar mushrooms, drained
- 2/3 c. cooking sherry
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- margarine, 2 Tbsp. for each breast
Method
- Place chicken breasts in a Pyrex baking dish.
- Place 2 tablespoons margarine on each breast.
- Put mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
- Add the sherry and cover with foil.
- Cook in 350° oven for 50 minutes.
- Time may vary, depending on the size of breasts and individual ovens.
