- 1 cup Walnuts
- 3 whole Roasted Red Peppers
- 3/4 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Method
- Toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes just until fragrant.
- Set aside and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
- Then combine all the ingredients (including the walnuts) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve with veggies, crackers, or whatever sounds good!
