Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 3 carrots, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06

  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

Method

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add meat and garlic; cook and stir 4 min.
  • or until meat is cooked through.
  • Add water and vegetables; mix well.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice and dressing; cover.
  • Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 min.
  • Fluff with fork.
