Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- pinch of salt
Method
- Work with fingers until well blended.
- Roll out with rolling pin for large pie shell or may be pressed with fingers into muffin tins (small) for tart shells.
- Bake at 350° for about 8 to 10 minutes until light brown. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
