Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/3 c. heated shortening
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
Method
- Boil chicken and debone.
- Chip up chicken in baking dish.
- Add one can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of chicken broth. Place chicken mixture in baking dish.
- Put milk in heated shortening and do not stir.
- Pour into flour and mix, then crumble over chicken mixture.
- Bake until brown on top for about 30 minutes at 350°.
