Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1/2 c. pecans or more, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 3 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 1/2 c. milk
- chopped cherries and nuts for garnish
Method
- Combine flour, oleo and pecans until crumbly.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 30 minutes at 350°.
- Cool.
