Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- large whipped topping
- chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Bring water and margarine to boil.
- Add 1 cup flour and stir rapidly until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and cool a bit. Add eggs one at a time and beat until shiny.
- Spread on 11 x 15-inch ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 minutes at 400°.
- Cool completely and do not prick cake.
- Make pudding following package directions.
- Add softened cream cheese to pudding.
- Spread on crust.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Top with whipped topping and nuts.
