Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sliced Ham
  • 1/4 pounds Sliced Genoa Salami
  • 1/4 pounds Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 1 cup (Real) Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil Or As Needed
  • 1 cup Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano (fresh Or Dried)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 loaf Fresh French Bread, Sliced

Method

  • Cut sliced lunch meats and cheese into cubes.
  • Separate slightly and put in large mixing bowl.
  • In a measuring cup, measure out your 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  • Use real Mayo and not Miracle Whip.
  • Add just enough oil to may to make it a wetter texture- you do not want it to be too runny.
  • Mix well.
  • Add mayo mixture to meat and cheese in bowl.
  • Slice the grape tomatoes into halves or thirds and add to bowl.
  • Add Oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  • Serve with sliced fresh bread, crackers, or mini rolls.
