Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 60 oz. tomato puree
- 29 oz. tomato sauce
- 18 oz. tomato paste
- 29 oz. water
- 2 large pinches Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 big shakes hot pepper flakes
Method
- In large pot, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned; remove from pot.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil, lower heat to low, cover and simmer at least 3 hours.
- While cooking, make the meatballs.
