Ingredients

  • 1 6-oz. pkg. lime jell-o
  • 1/4 tsp. salt, optional
  • 1-1/2 c. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 c. thinly shredded lettuce
  • 3/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. grated onion
  • Dash pepper

Method

  • Dissolve jell-o and salt in boiling water.
  • Add cold water and vinegar; chill until partially set.
  • Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into 4 c. mold that has been lightly coated with non-stick spray.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Serves 8.
