- 1 6-oz. pkg. lime jell-o
- 1/4 tsp. salt, optional
- 1-1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1 c. thinly shredded lettuce
- 3/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. grated onion
- Dash pepper
Method
- Dissolve jell-o and salt in boiling water.
- Add cold water and vinegar; chill until partially set.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 4 c. mold that has been lightly coated with non-stick spray.
- Chill until firm.
- Serves 8.
