Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) raspberry flavor gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. cranberries, chopped coarse
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
- 4 large outer leaves cabbage
Method
- In medium bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
- Stir in cold water, sugar and vinegar.
- Chill 1 hour or until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
- Fold in cabbage, cranberries and nuts.
- Pour into 8-cup mold.
- Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold on leaves.
- Makes 6 servings.
