Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. cooked noodles
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. water

Method

  • Brown lean beef; add chopped onion and cook with beef until tender.
  • Drain beef and onion; set aside.
  • In large pan, mix mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, garlic salt and water.
  • Mix well. Add noodles and beef and onion to soup mix; heat until liquid thickens.
  • Serve with green salad.
