Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. cooked noodles
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Brown lean beef; add chopped onion and cook with beef until tender.
- Drain beef and onion; set aside.
- In large pan, mix mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, garlic salt and water.
- Mix well. Add noodles and beef and onion to soup mix; heat until liquid thickens.
- Serve with green salad.
