Ingredients
- pastry for two 9-inch pie crusts
- 36 Ritz crackers, coarsely broken
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet vegetable oil spread
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Method
- Roll out half of pastry and line a 9-inch pie plate.
- Place crackers in prepared crust.
