- 3 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 6 oz. cold seltzer water
Method
- Make the egg cream: Stir the liqueur, milk, and chocolate syrup together in a 10-ounce glass.
- Holding a seltzer bottle 10 inches from the glass's rim, pour the seltzer in a steady stream so it drives the seltzer below the milk mixture and creates a frothy head.
- Serve immediately.
