Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables, partially thawed
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. powdered onion
  • 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 stick Ritz cracker or saltine crackers

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together except crackers.
  • Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Crumble the crackers and spread over the vegetables.
  • Melt some margarine and pour over the crackers. Cover and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
