Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables, partially thawed
- 1/3 c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. powdered onion
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 stick Ritz cracker or saltine crackers
Method
- Mix all ingredients together except crackers.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Crumble the crackers and spread over the vegetables.
- Melt some margarine and pour over the crackers. Cover and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
