Ingredients

  • 2 cubes melted butter
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar (approximately 3 1/2 c.)

Method

  • Mix first 10 ingredients.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • While cake is still hot, spread on one jar marshmallow cream.
  • Let cool completely before frosting with frosting made from last 4 ingredients.
