- 2 cubes melted butter
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 cube butter
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- 1 box powdered sugar (approximately 3 1/2 c.)
Method
- Mix first 10 ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- While cake is still hot, spread on one jar marshmallow cream.
- Let cool completely before frosting with frosting made from last 4 ingredients.
