Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 7 oz. Marshmallow cream
Method
- Cream eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, cocoa and salt. Add flour; mix well. Add coconut and pecans. Bake in greased pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Don't over bake. As soon as you take out of oven spread marshmallow cream over top.
