Ingredients
- 3 cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 jar sliced pimento, drained
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups chopped jalapeno
Method
- Use peas and jalapenos for extra kick.
- Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 3 hours.
- Best when marinates overnight. Serve with dip style corn chips.
