- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (small)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can chilled Milnot, whipped
- 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add lemon juice.
- Cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- Add to gelatin; mix well.
- Fold whipped Milnot into gelatin mixture carefully.
