Ingredients
- 3 large or 4 small egg whites
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 c. walnuts
- 5 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Beat white sugar into egg whites.
- Crumble Ritz crackers and add to egg whites.
- Add walnuts to mixture.
- Pat into pie tin.
- Bake 25 minutes at 325° to 350°. Cool.
- Add Cool Whip and spread over cooked pie.
- (Can add 1/2 teaspoon coffee to Cool Whip for mocha flavor.)
