Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 mini drumsticks per person
Method
- Marinate at least 2 hours in soy sauce, sugars, vinegar, ginger, garlic and broth.
- Keep turning.
- Take drumsticks out of marinade and put in shallow pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Baste often.
- Serve crisp.
- May be frozen and reheated.
