Ingredients
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Method
- Line muffin tin with foil liners.
- (med.foil cups).
- Place a vanilla wafer in each liner.
- Mix cream cheese,vanilla and sugar together with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs.
- Mix well then pour mixture over wafers filling 3/4 full.
- Bake 325' for 25 minutes.
- Remove from pan cool.
- Top with fruit,preserves,nuts or chocolate.
