Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Sour Cream Mix
Method
- Cream the cream cheese, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Pour into cupcake liners in muffin tins.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 300°. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.
- Cakes will fall slightly, leaving a small depression in the center.
- Fill each depression with 2 teaspoons of Sour Cream Mix. Drop small dab of your favorite jelly or jam on top of each cake.
- Return to 300° oven for 5 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate.
- (These may be frozen for up to a month.)
