Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Sour Cream Mix

Method

  • Cream the cream cheese, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Pour into cupcake liners in muffin tins.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 300°. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.
  • Cakes will fall slightly, leaving a small depression in the center.
  • Fill each depression with 2 teaspoons of Sour Cream Mix. Drop small dab of your favorite jelly or jam on top of each cake.
  • Return to 300° oven for 5 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Refrigerate.
  • (These may be frozen for up to a month.)
