Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (dry)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 12 cup celery
  • 12 cup carrot (sliced)
  • 1 cup cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beans (lima)
  • 16 ounces tomatoes (stewed)
  • 6 cups beef bouillon
  • 12 teaspoon basil
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 12 cup spaghetti (broken)
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese (optional)

Method

  • Brown meat and onions.
  • Place in large pot.
  • Add garlic and celery.
  • Cook for 10 minutes stirring continually.
  • Add 6 cups of beef bouillon and remaining ingredients EXCEPT spaghetti and cheese.
  • Bring to boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Add spaghetti and simmer till tender.
  • (~10 minutes).
  • Serve and add parmesan cheese on top.
