Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
Method
- Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- Drain clams and reserve liquid.
- Mix clams, softened cream cheese and other ingredients until creamy.
- Add reserved liquid by spoonfuls until desired consistency is obtained.
- Serve with crisp crackers or potato chips.
