Ingredients
- 2 lb. filet mignon, diced
- 1 oz. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 mushrooms, sliced
- dry sherry
Method
- Combine meat, garlic and mushrooms and saute until meat is browned and mushrooms are soft.
- Add sherry (if desired), salt and pepper and continue to saute for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.
