Ingredients

  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rose water
  • 1/2 cup orange blossom water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Sweet mozzarella cheese ( optional)

Method

  • Mix Milk and Semolina , boil and stir until semolina is cooked and pudding is thick.
  • Add sugar and rose water and orange blossom water and cook for five more minutes.
  • Melt butter in a pyrex add pudding and put more butter and bread crumbs on top and bake for around 20 minutes
  • Serve with sugar syrup.
  • If using cheese, put half of pudding in pyrex, put crumbled cheese and then remaining pudding.
