Ingredients
- apples
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. loosely packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. water
- butter or margarine
Method
- Wash, then partially peel and core apples.
- Cut each into 6 to 8 wedges.
- Stir in pudding and brown sugar.
- Pour into baking dish with lid.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Drizzle with water and dot with butter.
- Cook on High for about 20 minutes.
- Stir; if any apples are still firm, cook a few more minutes until done. Delicious with vanilla ice cream!
